"Potatoes have a new girlfriend. They dumped dill and are now in a serious relationship with ginger."

Ingredients

  • potatoes - 21 oz (600 g)
  • olive oil - 3 tablespoons
  • lemons - 2
  • ginger - 1 tsp, powdered
  • black pepper - freshly ground

How to make

Heat the oven to 390°F (200 °C). In a bowl, mix all the ingredients, sprinkling them with the juice from the lemons. Stir.

In a greased oven dish, arrange the potatoes. Bake them for about 40 minutes at the topmost element of the oven until they obtain a brown hue.

When serving, sprinkle the potatoes with black pepper.
