"You`ve never eaten more aromatic zucchini in your life, you`ll go crazy for `em!"

Ingredients

  • zucchini - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • garlic - 1 clove crushed
  • ginger - 1 root
  • peanut oil - 1 tbsp
  • sherry - 1/2 tsp or white wine
  • chicken broth - 2/3 cup (150 ml)
  • sugar - 1 pinch
  • black pepper

How to make

Cut oval pieces from the zucchini. Heat the peanut oil in a deep pan, preferably a wok, and fry the garlic and ginger - finely chopped.

Add the zucchini and sauté for 1 minute. Season with salt, sugar and black pepper to taste.

Pour the sherry over them and cook for half a minute. Pour in the broth and leave the zucchini for 4 minutes on the fire.
