How to make
Cut the zucchini into cubes. Heat 5 tablespoons of oil in a nonstick frying pan, fry thoroughly, and if desired, add chopped garlic to taste at the end. Beat the eggs with spices to taste, 1 tablespoon flour, a pinch of baking soda and the cream.
Do not stir too much, just enough to mix the ingredients. Next, pour them into the pan on top of the zucchini. Gently stir to distribute everything evenly and put the lid on.
Leave on low heat to cook until tender and transfer to a plate. Serve the zucchini with eggs with a little chopped dill.
