Ingredients

  • avocado - 14 oz (400 g) well - ripened, soft
  • jalapeno - 1 pepper, fresh
  • lemon juice - 3 - 4 tbsp. or to taste
  • tomatoes - 1 pc, about 100 g
  • onions - 1/2 small onion, about 50 g
  • coriander - 3 sprigs fresh, leaves
  • chickpeas - 4 tbsp. boiled, canned
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp (30 ml)
  • salt to taste

How to make

Peel and clean the avocado, tomato, onion, and hot jalapeno.

Cut them into pieces and put them in a blender together with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, two spoons of chickpeas, and fresh coriander leaves.

You can also add garlic to enhance the taste, but I personally do not add it to this recipe.

Blend everything on medium speed for a very short time, without turning it into a mash.

Serve the guacamole in bowls, sprinkling with the remaining whole chickpeas and chopped coriander.

Great company for nachos or toast!
