Ingredients

  • avocado - 2 pcs. (well ripened)
  • tomatoes - 1 pc.
  • white onion - 1/3 onion (large)
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • parsley - 1 handful
  • olive oil - 3 tbsp.
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • lemons - the juice of 1/3 lemon
  • hot peppers - 1/2 pc. (green)
  • rusks - for serving

How to make

Choose two well-ripened avocados. Cut the avocado in the middle and remove the seed. Use a spoon to dig out the inside and put it in a bowl. Mash the avocado with a liquidizer, until a smooth mixture is obtained.

Peel 1 tomato and then cut it into small pieces with a sharp knife. Clean the onion and cut it into very small pieces.

Peel 2 garlic cloves and finely chop them.

Cut the parsley into small pieces. Add them to the blended avocado and mix everything. Squeeze the juice of 1/3 lemon.

Put it inside the bowl and add the olive oil and salt.

Finely chop the hot pepper and add it as well. Before that, remove the seeds from the pepper.

Mix everything very well. Transfer the guacamole into a suitable dish and serve it with rusks.

Spread it on the rusks and eat it.
