How to make
Peel and clean the avocado, tomato, onion, and hot jalapeno.
Cut them into pieces and put them in a blender together with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, two spoons of chickpeas, and fresh coriander leaves.
You can also add garlic to enhance the taste, but I personally do not add it to this recipe.
Blend everything on medium speed for a very short time, without turning it into a mash.
Serve the guacamole in bowls, sprinkling with the remaining whole chickpeas and chopped coriander.
Great company for nachos or toast!
