How to make
Cut the washed and dried zucchini into thick round slices. Beat the eggs well with 2 pinches of salt, a little black pepper. While constantly beating, pour in the beer and enough flour to get a runny sludge.
Heat oil in a pan, roll each zucchini in the crumbing and put in the pan to fry until golden.
Drain the ready ones on a cooking grid. For the sauce, beat the mayonnaise with the yoghurt very well, along with the pressed garlic and chopped dill (optional).
Serve the fried zucchini with this sauce.
