  • zucchini - 4.5 lb (2 kg)
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • tomatoes - 5
  • oil
  • salt
  • dill

How to make

Wash, peel and cut the zucchini into round slices.

Heat oil in a pot and saute the zucchini and finely chopped garlic in it.

Then add the diced tomatoes. Cook until the vegetables soften and the water is reduced.

Season with salt and sprinkle on finely chopped dill.
