How to make
Wash and cut the zucchini into 0.5 cm thick slices, sprinkle with as much salt as you like and stir.
Mix the paprika and breadcrumbs, stir and roll the zucchini one by one in the mixture, arrange them in a tray lined with baking paper.
Drizzle very lightly with 2-3 tbsp. of oil and place the tray in a preheated 390°F (200 degree) oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes.
While they are baking, prepare the garlic sauce by mixing the yoghurt with the crushed garlic cloves, dill and as much salt as you like (depending on your taste).
