The Ginger Cake Recipe is very easy.
In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking soda and ginger).
In another bowl, beat the egg, oil and honey with a mixer until a light mixture is obtained.
Add the milk, beat briefly and pour it into the dry ingredients.
Mix at the lowest speed with a mixer until homogenous.
Pour the cake batter into a mold covered with baking paper.
Bake the ginger cake in a preheated oven at 170°C for about 25-40 minutes (depending on the size of the mold).
Cool the ginger cake on a wire rack and decorate it as you like with powdered sugar or glaze.
The ginger cake is fluffy, aromatic and very tasty.
