How to make
Wash the lentils twice and put them in a pot. Add water, but not much, because these lentils boils quickly.
Cut the onion, carrot and peppers and pour them over the lentils.
Add the peeled garlic cloves.
Add 3-4 drops of oil and let it simmer.
When the lentils are halfway cooked, add the tomato juice.
At the end, make a thickener with oil, 1 teaspoon of flour and paprika, but in order for it not to irritate your stomach, just heat the oil and pour it over the lentils and add the paprika beforehand. Then sprinkle it with parsley.
