How to make
Finely chop the carrot and put it on the stove with all the water for the lentil soup.
When the water boils, add the washed lentils.
Once the lentils have softened, add the corn, diced tofu and the spices.
Add the soy sauce, olive oil and vinegar, as much salt as you like, stir and leave it for another 2-3 minutes on the stove. You can also put a lid on, when the stove is turned off.
The red lentil soup with soy sauce is ready.
