Ingredients

  • red wine - 4 tbsp.
  • tomatoes - 1.5 cup, grated
  • garlic - 1 tbsp.
  • tomato puree - 2 tbsp.
  • sugar - 1 tsp.
  • onion - 1.5 cup. chopped
  • cream - 4 tbsp.
  • olive oil - 3 tbsp.
  • oregano - 1/2 tsp.
  • salt to taste

How to make

Heat the olive oil in a pan, add garlic and onion, and stew.

Add the tomatoes and cook until the sauce thickens.

Add the oregano and cream and stir.

Add the tomato puree, sugar, salt, and ½ tsp. water.

Bring to the boil and add the wine, mix well and remove from the heat.
