How to make
Wash and clean the oyster mushrooms, cut if necessary, trim the bottom part of the stalk. Cut them into pieces and heat the olive oil in a deep pan.
The mushrooms are steamed and then 2 minutes later, add the chopped onions, garlic and add soya sauce. Let it braise for about 15 minutes under a lid, with occasional stirring.
Add salt and pepper to taste, stir and remove from the heat. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
