How to make
Mix the liquid ingredients, add salt, sugar, garlic, bay leaf and the black pepper grains.
Put the dish on the stove and after the marinade boils, add the mushrooms.
Boil them for 5-6 minutes.
Once the mushrooms have softened, remove the pot from the heat.
Leave the mushrooms in the marinade until they cool down. Strain them from the liquid.
You can eat marinated mushrooms right away or preserve them in jars.
