How to make
Clean and wash the mushrooms. Cut them into large pieces and cut the garlic cloves into thin slices.
Heat the butter over low heat and put the garlic in it. After a minute or two, add the mushrooms with a little salt and half of the chopped parsley and increase the heat.
Cook for 10 minutes or until most of the liquid released by the oyster mushrooms is reduced.
Then pour the beer and continue cooking for another 8-10 minutes.
Sprinkle with the remaining fresh parsley and more salt, if necessary.
Serve the mushroom appetizer in butter while it's warm.
