How to make
Wash and chop the mushrooms. Stew them for 4-5 minutes in butter and olive oil over medium heat.
Add the bacon, cut into cubes or strips and the garlic - into slices. Fry them briefly, while stirring.
Pour the beer and about 2 2/3 tbsp (40 ml) of water, add salt and cook until the sauce is reduced and only a little of it remains.
Add parsley, stir for a minute or two and remove them from heat.
Distribute them into two plates and immediately grate the yellow cheese on top, so that it can soften and melt.
