How to make
The oyster mushrooms are cut into large pieces and stewed in olive oil for 10 minutes.
Add the the chopped green onions and parsley.
Season with salt, black and chili pepper and continue cooking for another 5 minutes. Finally, a spoonful of vinegar is added and the dish is removed from the stove.
These stewed oyster mushrooms are suitable for a main course or as a side dish for meat.
