How to make
Clean the mushrooms and wash them. Drain them well and blot with paper.
Cut them into larger pieces.
Sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Drizzle them with the oil and mix with your hands to coat them all well.
Leave them for about 20 minutes to marinate.
Heat the grill and arrange the Oyster Mushrooms.
Bake on both sides until golden.
Serve with a glass of chilled white wine.
