Mince Roll

A meatloaf is a delicious and relatively easy way to impress your guests with a great looking dish, combining within it the best flavors of meat, vegetables and spices. There are literally thousands of recipes that differ entirely from the familiar dish. Here are 2 irresistible ones among them:

Italian Turkey Roll

Ingredients: 17.5 oz chopped champignons, 2 finely chopped onions, 1 cup grated parmesan, 3/4 cup breadcrumbs, 1 tbsp ground fresh garlic, 2 eggs, 3 tbsp basil pesto, 2 tbsp tomato paste, 2 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper, 2/5 cup tomato sauce, 28 oz ground turkey meat.

Preparation: Heat the oven to 390°F (200 °C). Cut the mushrooms as finely as possible. If you have a blender, blend them finely. In a large bowl, mix them with the onions, parmesan, breadcrumbs, eggs and pesto. Then add the tomato paste to them, along with the salt, black pepper and 3 1/3 tbsp tomato sauce. Add the turkey meat. Knead the mixture and distribute it onto aluminum foil.

Let is sit for 20 min., then wrap it up using the foil. Bake for 30 min. Take it out, sprinkle it with the remaining tomato sauce and put it back in the oven for another 30 min. Once it's ready, leave the roll for 10 min. - then it's ready to serve. The good thing about this recipe is that its taste qualities don't change after the dish cools but instead reach new heights.

Outstanding Mini Rolls with Pepper
