How to make
The oven is heated to 360°F (180 °C). Grease a non-stick form. In a large bowl mix the minced meat, oats, onions, ketchup, water, parsley and black pepper. Mix everything very well.
Form a large roll from the mixture with wet hands. Move it to the baking form and bake for half an hour, then add a little more ketchup and bake for about 20 minutes. You need to get a crispy crust.
Serve the roll slightly chilled with a side of steamed vegetables.
