Fish sauce

You may already know that fish is healthy - even nutritionists often remind us to eat it at least once per week. We cannot guarantee that nutritionists will approve of the following listed sauce recipes, but what is guaranteed is that they are suitable company for grilled, fried or baked fish.

Fish sauce with red wine

Ingredients: 1 slice of bread, 3 garlic cloves, 2 tbsp melted butter, 7-8 mushrooms, 1/2 bunch of parsley, 1/2 cup of red wine, 1 cup of fish broth.

Preparation: Soak the slice of bread in half the fish broth. In a separate container, place the melted butter, finely chopped mushrooms, crushed garlic, parsley and then the slice of bread, which has now absorbed the broth.

Fish with mushroom sauce

Stir the ingredients well and pour in the wine and the rest of the fish broth. Place the mixture on the stove on low heat to boil for a bit - the goal is to reduce the mixture by half. Then, strain the sauce and salt it. Serve hot, along with the fish you have prepared.

Our next proposal is suitable not only for fish but for cold cuts as well. This time the sauce will not be served warm. It is made very easily and quickly but it does contain a few more ingredients. Here's what you need to make it at home:

Sauce with Pickles:

Fish with cream sauce

Ingredients: 4/5 cup of mayonnaise, pickles, 4-5 marinated mushrooms, 2 tbsp mustard, 3 tbsp sour cream, 1 small onion head, 1 egg, parsley.

Preparation: Dice the pickles and mushrooms finely and mix them with the finely diced onion head. To this, add the mayonnaise, sour cream and mustard - all of this is blended well until you get a homogeneous mixture. Boil the egg and cut it finely - add it to the rest of the products. Sprinkle with fresh parsley on top.

Our final sauce idea is best suitable for boiled fish or fish salad. For it you need 2 sprigs of green onions, dill, parsley, 1 grated tomato, 1 tbsp lemon juice, ground black pepper, salt, 3 tbsp of oil.

Chop all the ingredients finely (it's a good idea to peel the tomato ahead of time). Add the spices to the sauce as well.
