"An easy layered phyllo pastry with yoghurt, feta cheese, eggs and carbonated water."

Ingredients

  • phyllo pastry - 17.5 oz (500 g) sheets
  • eggs - 4 - 5
  • feta cheese - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • yoghurt - 4 - 5 tbsp
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • oil
  • butter
  • carbonated water

How to make

Beat the eggs, crumble the feta cheese and add the yoghurt. Smear the oven dish with a little oil.

Crinkle the phyllo pastry sheets like a harmonica, place a sheet in the oven dish and sprinkle some mixture all over on top. Then place more sheets, mixture and so on, until out of sheets.

Leave a little of the mixture aside to place on the very top, add a little milk everywhere as well. Bake about 40-50 min. at 370°F (190 °C).

Once the phyllo pastry is ready, smear it generously with carbonated water using a brush. You can sprinkle on sugar as well!
