How to make
Grate the cheese in a large bowl, add the cream cheese, eggs and stir. Add the crumbled feta cheese and stir again. Melt the butter.
Take 1 phyllo pastry sheet, smear it with the butter, fold it in 2 widthwise so that the butter remains inside.
Put a little of the filling at one end, then wrap it into a roll. Do this for all of the sheets.
Smear the tray with oil, arrange the phyllo pastries in it, smear them with the remaining butter. Pour in water. Bake at 390°F (200 °C) until reddened.
