  • onions - 2 heads
  • peppers - 2, red
  • olives - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • mushrooms - 9 oz (250 g)
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • parsley

How to make

Clean the hearts and wash them well. Boil them in salted water.

Drain them well and braise in a little oil. Add the chopped onions, peppers and mushrooms.

Add the olives and spices.
