Cut the cleaned and washed chicken to pieces and stew them in oil until browned, then remove them, add salt and sprinkle with black pepper.
In the same oil, stew the peeled and finely chopped tomatoes and sliced mushrooms. When the mushrooms become soft, sprinkle them with paprika, add the wine, olives and meat.
Add salt and boil until done on low heat. Before removing the dish from the heat, sprinkle it with finely chopped parsley. Optionally, transfer everything to a tray and cook until lightly tanned in a moderate oven.
