How to make
For the mince nests: Knead the mince with the eggs, breadcrumbs, savory, black pepper, paprika and salt. Once kneaded well, divide it into 4 equal parts.
Heat the oven and prepare a small suitable oven dish, smearing it generously with oil. Shape the 4 balls of mince into nests and transfer them to the oven dish. Put them in the well preheated oven until they obtain a light crisp.
For the stuffing: Lightly braise 1 finely chopped onion head in heated oil. To it add the semi-boiled beans, corn and pressed garlic. Stir lightly, then add cumin, chili and finally - the tomato paste. Leave the stuffing to braise for about 4 min.
Transfer the nests into suitable plates, stuff them with filling and decorate with lettuce leaves.
