How to make
Minced meat is kneaded briefly with finely chopped onion and spices.
Boil the potatoes and make a paste with a little salt, crumbled cheese and fat.
Spread half the mince in a small and greasy pan, cover the top with half the mashed potatoes, repeat and smooth. Place to bake in moderate heating oven for about 30 minutes.
Finally cover with the mixed together sour cream and grated cheese and return it to finish baking.
