How to make
Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the minced meat. Stir until the minced meat crumbles and changes its color.
Cut the onions, celery, red peppers, green peppers and carrots into small cubes. Add everything into the pan with the minced meat.
Season with salt, black pepper, thyme and stir. Once the vegetables are soft, add the tomato puree and stir again.
Pour the beef broth inside and let the mixture boil for a few minutes.
Once the it thickens, add the beans and the tin of peas.
Add two tomatoes, peeled and diced. Add sugar, as well as finely chopped fresh coriander and hot pepper.
Serve the finished dish garnished with tortilla chips.
