How to make
We peel the tomatoes and blend them. To the finished tomato puree, we add the cleaned and chopped chili peppers and the garlic, which we peeled beforehand.
Add the vinegar, oil, sugar, black pepper and salt to the mixture.
Boil the chili sauce mixture to the desired thickness.
The red chili sauce is distributed in bottles or jars, by closing and sterilizing them for 6 minutes.
A very tasty spicy sauce is obtained, suitable for flavoring steaks, sausages, etc.
