  • oil - 3 tablespoons
  • butter - 1/5 cup (60 g)
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • onions - 1 2/3 cups (400 g)
  • ketchup - 2 tablespoons
  • tomatoes - 1 1/5 cups (300 g) canned
  • bay leaf - 2 pieces
  • salt
  • white pepper - to taste
  • veal broth - 4 1/5 cups (1 L)
  • corn - 2/5 cup (100 g) canned

How to make

Grind the veal meat in a meat grinder. Leave the red beans in water overnight. The next day, heat the oil and butter in a large pot, add the mince to braise, while stirring constantly.

After you braise the veal mince, add the chopped onions, peppers, drained beans, ketchup, chili, mashed tomatoes and chopped garlic.

Stir everything well and add the bay leaf and veal broth. Leave the dish to boil for 1 hour that way, then add the boiled corn. Once the beans soften, your veal chili is ready.
