How to make
This is an original recipe for a main course side dish, here it is:
Separate the yolks from the whites. Put the whites in a bowl with a little salt and beat with a mixer until they become snow-like.
In an oiled tray, shape nests from the snowy whites. Put 1 yolk in each nest.
Bake in a preheated 320°F (160 °C) oven with the fan on until ready.
