How to make
Soak the mushrooms in water for 20 minutes, drain and cut them into thin strips. Julienne the meat and beat the egg with a little salt.
Heat the pan and put a little oil in it. Add the egg and stir fry it briefly. Move it to a plate. Pour the remaining oil into the pan and once hot, fry the meat.
Add the soya sauce, wine and chopped ginger. Stir and add the fried egg.
