How to make
Clean, wash and cut the potatoes into thin slices, dry them with a towel and fry in an oil bath until golden in color. The oil has to just barely cover the potatoes.
Fry 2 servings of potatoes. After the first is ready, add the sliced sausage and grill it. Add 2 beaten eggs with 1 tablespoon water, and the spices.
Fry under a lid until ready and transfer the potatoes with eggs to a plate. Make the second serving of potatoes the same way.
Optionally, instead of sausages, you can use bacon or ham, even thin slices of tomato - whatever you prefer. Bon Appetit!
