How to make
Cut the pork into oblong pieces and mix them with a little vinegar and salt. Dissolve the starch in a little water, take a small part of it, and roll the meat in the rest.
Fry the meat in heated oil in a wok. Remove the finished pork and fry the mixed with mushrooms, a little vinegar, salt and the starch you set aside.
In the fat from the meat fry mushrooms, chopped onion and garlic. Return the meat to the pan, stir briefly and serve decorated with leaves of chopped green onions.
