How to make
Peel the sausages and cut them into round slices. Put butter in a deep pan and once it's heated, place the sausage pieces in it.
Fry the sausages a bit on both sides, being careful not to burn them.
In the meantime, break the eggs in another container and beat them. Add them to the sausages and stir so they don't clump together.
Once the eggs are cooked as well, add the spices and remove from the fire.
