How to make
Clean and cut the leeks into 1.2″ (3 cm) long pieces.
Fry them in a Teflon pan in heated oil, while stirring occasionally.
Pour the beaten eggs over them, add salt and cook until the eggs are ready.
When serving, sprinkle with paprika.
