  • mushrooms - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • bacon - 7 oz (200 g)
  • cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • lemon juice - of 1
  • white wine - 1 cup, dry
  • black pepper
  • butter

How to make

Clean the mushrooms, remove the stems and cut them finely. Saute them in butter, add 3.5 oz (100 g) of the finely chopped bacon, stir and transfer to a baking dish.

Salt and arrange the remaining 3.5 oz of thinly sliced bacon on top. Sprinkle with black pepper, pour on the lemon juice and wine.
