How to make
Cut the onion and garlic into slices and fry them. Remove them and in the same oil, fry the beef, cut into chunks. Put the onions and garlic back in and add the chopped tomatoes, wine, broth, green spices, salt and pepper to taste.
Allow to saute under a lid until the meat becomes tender. Once the meat is ready, remove it and stir the sauce in the dish.
Return the beef and leave it for 5 minutes to simmer on low heat. Serve this French beef garnished with boiled rice.
