  • pork steaks - 6
  • tomatoes - 4
  • black pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • salt - 2 pinches
  • beer - 1/3 cup (80 ml)

How to make

Blend the tomatoes. Tenderize the steaks, salt and arrange them in a tray.

Pour the beer and tomato juice over them and sprinkle with the black pepper.

Cover the tray with aluminum foil and put it in the oven at 450°F (230 °C).

Roast until the meat is ready.
