Ingredients

  • bonito - 1 pc.
  • onion - 4 onions
  • canned tomatoes - 1.3 lb (600 g)
  • garlic - 4 cloves
  • rosemary - 2 sprigs
  • thyme - 1 tsp.
  • bay leaves - 2 pcs.
  • oil - 5 - 6 tbsp.
  • black pepper
  • salt - to taste

How to make

Clean the fish, cut it into steaks and season it with black pepper and salt.

Leave it in the refrigerator for about an hour.

Also cut the onions into slices. Place them in a tray, pour the oil over them, add the rosemary, thyme, the whole cloves of garlic and the bay leaf.

Put the tray in the oven preheated to 390°F (200°C) for about 30 minutes.

Take it out, pour the tomatoes and arrange the fish.
