Ingredients

  • green onions - 3 bunches
  • arugula - 1 bunch, chopped into thin slices
  • radishes - 1 bunch, chopped into slices
  • oranges - 3, chopped into slices
  • olives - 1/5 cup (60 g), pitted
  • walnuts - 20
  • sauce for the salad
  • orange juice - 4 tbsp
  • olive oil - 6 tbsp
  • salt - to taste
  • black pepper - to taste
  • lemons - 1, juice
  • cinnamon - 1/8 tsp

How to make

Finely chop the green onions. Coarsely chop the arugula, add the radishes, oranges, olives, green onions and walnuts.

Sauce for the salad: Mix the orange juice, olive oil, 1 pinch of salt, black pepper. Add the lemon juice and cinnamon. Pour this sauce over the salad.
