How to make
Peel and chop the onions finely. Peel and dice the potatoes.
Heat the oil in a large pan on medium heat, add the onions and fry until they soften.
Add the potatoes and tomato paste. Pour in 4/5 cup (200 ml) water, then leave it to simmer under a lid for about 15 min.
Add the green beans and boil until the vegetables soften. Carefully strain the water.
Add the peanut butter. Mash with a fork until you get a somewhat smooth mixture. Add the beans and stir. Serve cooled.
