  • sweet potatoes - 2
  • goat cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
  • salt - to taste
  • black pepper - to taste
  • oregano - 2 pinches
  • olive oil - 5 tbsp.

How to make

Peel the potatoes and wash them with water. Cut the potatoes into slices, but not too thick. Cut the goat cheese into thin pieces.

Season the potatoes with salt and black pepper. In the baking pan that we will use, put baking paper on the bottom. I used a baking pan measuring 8″ (20) by 11.5″ (29 cm).

Add a slice of potato and a piece of goat cheese, followed by another potato, a piece of goat cheese. Keep arranging them that way, until you run out of products.

Several long lines are obtained. Sprinkle about two pinches of oregano on top for aroma and flavor. Pour olive oil on top.

Bake the potatoes at 360°F (180°C) for about 25-30 minutes. Enjoy!
