How to make
The sweet potatoes are boiled and mashed into a puree. Mix it with the chickpeas and spices and mash them until a relatively smooth thick paste is obtained.
You can add as much spices as you like and make it as spicy as you like.
Form small falafels with your hands and roll them or sprinkle them with the sesame and poppy seeds. Bake them at 480°F (250 degrees) for about 30 minutes in a baking pan, lined with baking paper.
