How to make
Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into approximately equal pieces.
Put them in a large bowl, pour olive oil over them and add the spices - red and black pepper, garlic, and salt and stir.
Add parmesan and semolina and stir again.
Prepare a tray with baking paper, grease it lightly and arrange the pieces next to each other without touching.
Bake in a preheated to the max oven until golden brown.
