How to make
Cut the sweet potatoes into medium-thick sticks like for fries.
Mix the breadcrumbs with the spices in a large bowl and pour the chopped sweet potatoes into it.
Mix them well, so that the breadcrumbs stick to them evenly.
Transfer the sweet potatoes into a tray with baking paper drizzled with oil.
Bake the potatoes for approximately 40 minutes at 430°F (220°C) with a fan, by stirring occasionally.
The Crispy Baked Sweet Potatoes are perfect as a side dish or for a light vegetarian snack :)
