"The French version of our favorite moussaka - highly delicious, original and rich."

Ingredients

  • potatoes - 14 oz (400 g)
  • milk - 2 cups
  • butter - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • mince - 7 oz (200 g)
  • broccoli - 7 oz (200 g)
  • peas - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • carrots - 2 - 3, chopped
  • stock - 1 cube, vegetable
  • cheese - 10.5 oz (300 g)

How to make

Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into pieces and boil well. Strain and add the salt, milk and butter. The mixture needs to become like mashed potatoes. Separately, in a pan with a little broth and oil, break apart the mince until it stews and forms into small pieces.

Saute the broccoli, peas and carrots. In a glass cook pot or tray, arrange a layer of puree, then mince and vegetables and repeat. The last layer needs to be puree.

Finally, sprinkle it with plenty of cheese and cover with foil. Stew over low heat for about 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Shortly before removing, take off the foil and let the cheese crisp.
