Ingredients

  • sweet potatoes - 2 pcs.
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • rosemary
  • oregano
  • thyme
  • dried garlic
  • paprika
  • olive oil - 3 tbsp.
  • for the sauce
  • cream cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • mayonnaise - 1 tbsp.
  • yogurt - 1 tbsp.
  • mustard - 1 tsp.
  • dried oregano - a pinch
  • dried dill - a pinch

How to make

Peel the potatoes, wash and cut them into pieces. Put them in a bowl.

Add the spices and olive oil. Stir well. Spread them on the baking tray, which you have previously lined with baking paper.

Bake them in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C) for about 30 minutes.

Take them out and place them on a suitable plate.

For the sauce for our baked potatoes, put everything in a bowl and stir with a wire whisk, until a smooth and lump-free mixture is obtained.

Serve the sauce separately or pour it over the oven-baked sweet potatoes, but immediately before serving.
