How to make
Peel the sweet potato and bake it in the oven. Cool it and blend it.
Put the eggs, sweet potato puree, melted butter, soda, baking powder, salt, cocoa, honey in a blender and blend until smooth.
Transfer the mixture into a large bowl, add the oatmeal , chocolate chips, nuts, raisins.
Distribute the batter into cupcake tins and bake for about 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C).
For the chocolate topping, melt the chocolate with the butter in a water bath, by stirring constantly.
With a teaspoon, pour the chocolate topping over the finished chocolate muffins.
